Finding the Area Code
Often you are only given the local phone number,
which means that you need to find the area code
before you can make the call. Try looking up your
city on phonecodes.narod.ru.
Time Zones
Remember to account for the time difference when calling.
You do not want to wake anyone up in the middle of the night.
When the other party picks up the phone and starts speaking
Russian, you will want to be prepared by having
a Russian Translator conferenced in.
